I've been searching for a book store way before getting to Paris and this one draws my attention. It has a distinct smell of old & new books just when you got in. Even though the book store is not so big, it has a huge amount of books from where you could chose. I bought from there Neil Gaiman-American Gods and was really nice that it had 2 editions of this book. You can pay with a credit card but my first thought when I entered was "This looks antique, maybe they don't have POS". Haha sorry for judging. I highly recommend this place!

Very cool little english bookshop in the heart of the Quartier Latin in Paris! The owner is very nice and they offer free coffee and a nice space to sit and read just outside of the bookshop. On the other hand, the books are a bit expensive and when it’s busy the space could get overwhelming but it’s worth the experience!

A very beautiful bookshop to visit in Paris when visiting. It is exceptionally well maintained with friendly helpful staff. I was happy to come here and purchase a few books on my vacation. It’s nice having. Quaint and friendly place in the city

Okay, this place is magical. It's truly a heaven for bookworms. The store is stacked with books, floor to ceiling, and oh how I loved it. I could've browsed around for hours if I'd had the time. Highly recommend visiting if you like reading. The staff is also very nice and they speak English fluently, so you don't have to worry if your French isn't so great. The books are a bit on the expensive side, but they have some great editions to offer.

I saw a post on instagram with footage from the bookshop and really wanted to go in for a visit. If you like to be surrounded by books it’s a must! Will be visiting again when in Paris. I couldn’t take my son out of the shop :)

A very nice bookshop with lots of choice. Some copies are a bit pricey and you can find them for cheaper in other places but I have to say the experience of this bookshop in particular is quite something! It is a very narrow place and you will have to fight your way from one aisle to another and bend your neck a thousand times to read the books' titles but, for some reason, that is something that I enjoy. Because when you do stumble upon a book that you'd like to buy, it feels like the book and you were meant to be 🥰 The owner and his assistants are very warm and helpful. Tea and coffee are usually served outside the bookshop for free.
